Rupesh is the Managing Partner of the firm. He is committed to providing efficient tax planning to our growing number of Owner/manager clients.

Rupesh was admitted to the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in 1995, Ontario Institute of Chartered Accountants in 2001 and CPA, Illinois in 2003. He has over 24 years of Public accounting experience dealing with multinational companies and owner-managed companies. This has provided him with a vast knowledge of financial and accounting systems.

Rupesh also has a law degree from India. It enables him to understand the legal aspects of the business keeping the numbers in mind. Indian law is very similar to Canadian law as both these countries have been influenced by the British State in the 19th Century.

His working experience in India and Canada brings the global flavour to any assignment. He had written articles and spoken on Canadian tax and accounting issues in various forums. He brings Global Solutions to your Global needs.

German Saavedra is a Certified Public Accountant from Colombia, (CPA Colombia), with over 25 years of public accounting experience. He has served at different levels in big four accounting firms in Colombia and USA and mid size accounting firms in Canada. In his role as an Associate Partner at Kapadia LLP, he manages his own diverse owner-managed client base and is proficient in interacting with lawyers, government regulators, auditors and board of directors.
